Satsang and Meditation Retreat

I am so delighted to offer this retreat while I am visiting BC this summer/fall! The retreat environment supports and nourishes the root of your being, providing a wealth of knowledge, practical techniques, guidance, and a lasting inner fulfillment. In this dynamic unfolding of awareness, our days together are filled with inspiring satsangs (interactive philosophy and meditation sessions) chanting, pranayam (yogic breathing techniques), yoga and/or walks, and delicious gourmet vegetarian meals, all in a most special atmosphere of self-discovery.

About Edenvale Retreat Centre, Abbotsford, BC
For 30 years, Edenvale has provided a setting for spiritual growth seminars. Edenvale Retreat Centre is located in the beautiful Fraser Valley, in Southwest British Columbia, only an hour's drive east of Vancouver. Edenvale offers healing and massage services, and you can book sessions during your afternoon free time. There is also a sauna and a pool for us to use, and many beautiful walking trails on the grounds.

Accommodations
Fee includes shared accommodations (two to a room). If you have a preference for a room to yourself, please let me know when you register. Note that Edenvale charges an extra fee of $25 per night for a room to yourself.

Includes gourmet vegetarian menu, shared accommodations, and all classes. Special dietary needs can be accommodated.
